This episode probably had the most epic difference of experience between myself and Joel in (I think) all of the games we've played together so far (you'll know what it is when we start taking about the card game mechanics). 🤣💛 And what a kickoff to the game discussion it is!

I Was A Teenage Exocolonist was filled with conundrums for us: there were elements we loved...but there was a lot that perplexed us, which made for some really engaging conversation. We talked about what we hope for in a game when it includes discussion of colonization in it's themes, choice and consequence, and how fully committing -- versus sitting in the middle -- often makes for more compelling stories.
